Player Development
- Lessons in Sports discussions are designed to focus on effectiveness in practices and in games by equipping adolescent players with tools that will guide them to long-term development and success
- Players will learn how to develop self-awareness, emotional control & an honest self-reflection
- Mental Muscle preparation is purely an individual process that takes time and practice
Parent Development
- Parents in Sports discussions are designed to help parents to better understand long-term player development process through neuroscience & psychology
- Parents will learn how to set long-term goals & calmly celebrate short-term achievements
- We will discuss how to raise your child to become a process oriented athlete and teach parents to become managers that oversee athletic process
